I applied for the baker job through craigslist. The hiring manager called me in for an interview and was hired on the spot. They were desperate to hire people so I didn't require experience. She asked me a few questions about my availability and experience and then was given a hiring packet to fill out.

It was easy. interviewer was kind and very understanding and helpful. He was also very informative. All together was amazing. Was very understanding of my situation. Was open about what time they started and how my hours would look like.
The interview process was smooth, we both interacted and was good interview. They asked me question about myself and i answered with the experience i have. Had a job offer but due to consequences, couldn't employ me
