I found Parisleaf respectful and refreshingly down-to-earth. I had three interviews with them, after a video recording. While I didn't ultimately end up with an offer, I'd definitely interview with them in the future.

They asked for some critique on a campaign of theirs.
Their interviews are very open-ended and organic, which I see as a sign of a good company (they trust themselves and don't need everything to be quantified).
