I applied through staffing consultancy. It was 2 rounds on phone and 3 rounds face to face. First round on phone was just basic evaluation about your background and history of your work experience. Then 2nd round was a technical evaluation on phone. Then they call you for face to face interviews. It went for about 2 hours. There were multiple guys taking that interview one after another of different level of work experience. The questions were mostly real time architect level questions plus few bookish. It was an overall nice experience. I am guessing they didn't hire me because I had worked more over front end side and they wanted people more inclined towards backend work. But the reply from management came as they have put this position on hold for some time. I loved the HR treatment specially she was so polite and nice.
