I discovered the job on Bookjobs.com and sent my resume and cover letter via email to the listed contact. The next day received an email requesting a Skype interview with Editorial Manager for the next day. I was asked average questions about my skill set and interest in living and working abroad. During the interview I was asked to complete a brief test concerning my editorial skills in English (they do this for whatever language you apply to edit it, but you must have a handle on English to communicate with the rest of the team). Within 24 hours I received another email saying they wanted to offer me the position and within the month I was packed, had a visa and moved to Vietnam.
