Applied online and received a phone call from their recruiter about a month later. Had a phone screening interview and then a behavioral interview with the manager a week later. Recruiter was very nice and the manager who conducted my interview ended up being the person I worked under for the internship.

Asked me if I knew autocad and if I was interested in their projects. Nothing to crazy, no technical questions. They had a background and drug test. I had a call with a recruiter and with the manager I would be working with.

I applied for the position online, and then after a few weeks, I got the opportunity to do a brief phone screening. It lasted about 20 minutes. After that, an interview was scheduled the week after which also lasted about 20 minutes

I applied online about a month before i got a call offering me a face to face interview. Heard back from the team within a week. The actually on boarding process took much longer, about 3 weeks.
