3 rounds of interviews. 1st initial "fit. 2nd cultural compatibility 3rd focus on question & answer. Pretty straight forward and nothing outlandish from the conversations with the team. Focus is really on years of experience and what you have to offer the organization.

Entrevista
It was a very seamless and easy application process. Interviews were well prepared and I appreciated the response time to setting up calls. Everyone was very friendly and easy to speak to.

Went through three rounds of interviews only to be ghosted by the hiring manager. Super disrespectful I couldn't even get an email saying they're moving in a different direction. Heard bad things from current employees I reached out to as well.
