Entrevista
Applied through school advertisement. First HR screen, then there's a case prep session, and first-round is 2 interviews (one case and one behavioral). The total vibe they gave out is not positive at all. The HR person seemed really tired and gave off a "don't care" vibe when talking to me. The case interview person also gave out the exact same vibe. He yearned MULTIPLE TIMES during my interview, and provided minimal guidance. The behavioral person is very nice though; really took the time to learn about my background. Did not proceed to the 2nd round. But overall a "meh" experience. Would not like to work at a company where people are this tired and won't even hide it from the candidates.
