After my initial interview, I was informed that I would receive an update on the next steps by the following Monday. However, I did not receive any communication, prompting me to reach out via email multiple times. On one occasion, I received a vague response, but subsequent emails were ignored. After a month of no updates, I sent another email and was finally informed that my candidacy would not be moving forward. It is disheartening that if I had not taken the initiative to follow up, I would not have been informed about the decision. This experience reflects poorly on the level of consideration shown by the recruiters towards candidates. If this is indicative of how the HR department operates, it raises concerns about the broader work culture within the company.
