Interview is more audition-style, at least it was when I did it. I had to prepare two Disney princess songs to sing - but make sure you are familiar with most Disney princess songs (they made me sing another one that I hadn't prepared as well). I had to try on one of the costumes and wigs. I also had to do some quick improvisation with them - they gave me a scenario, told me which princess I was and then asked me some questions that some of the kids might ask to see if I could answer in character.

Characterization testing, and overview of special skills such as singing, acting, and ability to do miscellaneous things like face painting. There was a brief training video discussing basic party flow and practices that will be carried out during every event.
