If your application has the minimum qualifications they will ask you to come in for a written exam.
If you score at least 70% on the written exam (Exam asks questions regarding keyboard shortcuts for windows/Mac/chrome books and general IT questions)
Then they will start calling in candidates from the highest scores calling in total 8 people to come in for interviews.
The interview is a panel of 5-6 IT employees including the chief of technology. They each go around asking a question. They have 20 questions total for candidates to answer in 20 minutes. Overall the panel is polite except for 1 individual who seems like he doesn’t want to be there (didn’t catch his name).
After the interview they choose the best candidate for the job. They call the best candidate to make the job offer and the rest of the candidates might or might not be contacted about not getting the job.

If you score above 70% on the written exam you will be placed on the eligibility list for the interview. They somehow score your answers in the oral interview and total them up to help them pick the best candidate.
The interview was pretty straightforward and easy for the most part. Even though it's a entry-level help desk role, there are a few questions that I wouldn't expect someone with little experience to know. Such as "What is a SAM file?" and "Explain what a firmware password is on Mac OS". Not exactly everyday things you deal with.
There were 5-6 people in the virtual interview, including the CTO, and they all took turns asking questions. The CTO is friendly, but the other folks came off pretty emotionless. I think they were just trying to keep a serious tone to the interview.
