The interview process was very unorganized and consisted of informal meetings with middle managers and senior managers. The process took entirely too long, and managers were not professional. The interview was not set up in a panel format, so I had to sit through various redundant interviews with each manager individually. The process should probably change.

I've interviewed for a number of sales jobs and had the some pretty disappointing experiences doing so. Passport was thorough, professional, and responsible in presenting the duties, expectations , and reasonable opportunities of the position I applied for.
