Patagonia seems to require all applicants to apply online, at least for those positions below the executive suite. After the online application, a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interviewer explained that the next steps would be (1) a video interview with the hiring manager, (2) group video interview, (3) meeting with top candidates at HQ. Although the interview process was cut short for this candidate!!--the interview was professionally handled and it was clear that this is a first class organization.
