Fairly straight forward. Got a call a few days after sending in my CV for initial checks for experience. After that, had another call with the manager and CIO for an in-depth conversation. Then an interview was scheduled, it was broken up into to portions: the technical assessment and a more formal and final interview (both in office). The technical assessment was a console CRUD app written in Java.
