It was the standard interview lasted around 40 minutes. They ask you to introduce yourself, asks questions to test your conflict/ problem solving skills and some basic knowledge on autism and how you would approach or talk to kids with autism.

Only one round with HR and they will ask you about your past experiences and current motivations. They will also brief you in the job scope and what you can expect working with the children there.
