Shortlisted candidate will be called for Interview, If successful, you will be invited to sit for an Online written test (2 parts) - 1st part relevant to Job knowledge. 2nd part will be Personality Test. Subsequently successful candidates will be arranged to attend a Job simulation and final job review/interview by the RO at the end of the session.

First round of interview was with the psychologist, followed by personality & aptitude tests. Afterward, they will make you do a simulation coaching session with one of their clients in the warehouse. They will give you a real issue they have with the client and you have to coach them through it so good to ask questions beforehand about the case and to do up visuals to help.
