A slow three steps, spread out at over more than a month and a half, which was frustrating, as weeks would go by without any information or interaction. Finally reached out to the internal recruiter since I was active on a couple other processes, and was STILL not supplied a timeline.
Two short behavioral interviews and one strange 1.5 hour challenge where they make you work with Claude. There's very little direction or expectation given; there is zero feedback given, no quality rubric, and no operating framework for the output. They will not tell you if you ask, just a nebulous task and a series of questions, all which is recorded and you are never told the reason why. It was an awkward, impersonal, and slightly demeaning experience as a professional, like all interviews with AI as the central component.
How the interviewer asks questions is not nice on the call; it makes me feel that my resume and portfolio don't show my skillset. Why are you still interviewing me for a junior position? I have not applied for a junior position. I have never had this kind of experience before.
