There were two interviewers via Skype. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism was apparent. They apologized for being disorganized and then took the first 3-4 minutes gathering the paper work and my materials while I answered their first question. But clearly they did not pay attention as they were looking for papers on the desk rather than looking at me. Then, ironically and shockingly, a few minutes later they brutally criticized another department at the college for being disorganized and behind schedule in marketing the distance education division. Further, one of the interviewers kept his head down almost the entire time looking at his paper rather than making eye contact. All this lack of professionalism turned me off from wanting to work with PHC. If PHC desires to hire professionals to teach their classes, their interviewers need to act more professional and courteous.
