The purpose is to discuss your background, motivations, and fit for the role. Behavioral Questions: Expect questions about your experience, skills, and how you approach challenges. Clarification of Resume: The interviewer might ask for more details or clarification on your resume or previous work experience. Technical/Role-Specific Questions: For certain positions, basic role-specific questions or assessments might be included at this stage. 3. Assessment (if applicable) Skills Testing: Depending on the job, you might be asked to complete a task or an assessment that tests your skills. This could be a coding challenge for tech roles, a case study for consulting, or a writing assignment for content creation jobs. Psychometric/Personality Tests: Some companies use these to assess how well your personality matches the role and company culture. 4. In-Depth Interview(s) Technical Interviews: For technical roles (e.g., engineering, data science), expect to be tested on problem-solving, coding, or knowledge related to the job. These could be live exercises, whiteboard sessions, or take-home assignments.
