Entrevista
It took 2 weeks to get an interview with this company, at which point the manager had said the interview went very well. A few days later we had a second interview, which also went very well. By the end of the week they said that management had "chosen to pass" based on information that was discussed prior to the first interview.
If you're making staff decisions based on information that is known at first contact, don't waste my time with 3 more hours of interviews.

There were little to on difficult questions, as it was very straight forward and they claim it was "OK to not have a sales background". In the end, it's what on your resume, so you'd better make it shine.
