I interviewed in the spring of 2016 at the Foxboro headquarters. I see the same job posted now again (Nov 2016) that I applied for so I'm guessing the position is open again - and at lower pay than when I interviewed. The interview was extremely long - close to 2 hours overall. His dog jumped on me the second I walked into the office. I guess it never occurred to him that some people are allergic to dogs or to keep the dog in a closed room if there are guests coming to the building. The dog barked the whole time I waited for the interview in the lobby. Gee, don't you think that might be a little annoying or distracting for workers! He talked (bragged) about himself for a good 30 minutes before even attempting to get to know my background or asking questions about my skills / abilities. He bragged about how he helped design the software for the company. He bragged about how he went to college while working and having a family... like he's the only one who has ever done that. I asked him how he deals with employee feedback and he said something along the lines of how he didn't like people who come in new and act like they know how to run everything. RED FLAG. The interviewer seemed most impressed with himself and how he was growing daddy's company. My presence in the room seemed unimportant to him. He made some lousy comment about how the movers had kids with different women in reference to the need for them to sign up for health insurance. Sorry, honey, not everyone has a company handed to them by their parents. While showing me what software the company uses I was in full view of the surveillance the company uses. He has cameras EVERYWHERE in the building, not just in the warehouse where some valuables may be stored. By this point it was becoming fairly clear this guy was a control freak. After a long + tedious "interview" (if you can even call it that) he noticed on my resume that I had worked for a company up the street about a mile away. He then immediately (and spontaneously) sent me off to interview with a bunch of women who worked there. Then he came back after 25 minutes and wondered why we were taking so long even though he hadn't said how long we should take. It was pretty clear to me that he probably made an attempt to call the owner of that company behind my back BEFORE I gave him a list of references, before he even asked for references. After I came back in the room from interviewing /chatting with the women he was nothing short of ICE COLD to me and very dismissive. I asked him politely what the next step was and without even looking at me he said they would call if they wanted to follow up. I thanked him for the interview and left. I wish I had given him a piece of my mind then and there. I didn't so I'm doing it now.
