Interview process was straight forward. Initial screening by phone, which was followed by interview on MS Teams Team Lead and a Director, and then I was invited for an in-person interview that I had to travel for. I got completely ghosted by the company and there was no follow-up afterwards. If I didn't follow through myself, they would have never contacted me.
