Interview was straightforward covering previous experience, aspirations, etc. Reality is industry has such a bad reputation that most dealerships can't get enough quality applicants and will hire anyone with a pulse. Turnover is very high for great variety of reasons, mostly having to do with complaints about the management team within the store.
