Horrible experience- complete waste of my time and highly unethical. They start off by giving you a detailed assignment with a time limit. After spending the entire weekend (10+ hours) and sleeping at 5:30am, I managed to submit it on time- they claimed to be impressed with it. They then scheduled a ‘working interview’ of 2.5 hours, and said there might be 1-2 more of these scheduled before I actually get the job- more renders, designs, time invested. They then ghosted me- no response to my assignment shared, nothing. After nearly a week, after sending a follow up email asking for the status of my job application, I receive a response thanking me for my time and stating that I’m not a good fit ‘at the moment’ (whatever that means) They are preying over desperate candidates, making them feel like they almost have the job- till you invest more and more- they even pretend to be impressed by your work and shower you with positive feedback. It’s honestly some sadistic way of getting free work out of recent graduates looking to land a job- it’s just horrible. And they certainly have no intention of hiring you, right from the start. Do not waste your time, there are better companies out there that are easier to get into :)
