The process was excellent, and although the interviews were not ‘easy’ (which is to be expected at this level), the journey through initial call, first, second, and final (with presentation) interviews was seamless, extremely well organised and curated. The Senior Talent Acquisition partner involved was incredibly detailed and knowledgeable of what the role would entail, and ensured that we had alignment at every stage. Feedback was prompt and relevant. Genuinely the best interview experience I have ever had in my career.
