I just had the first interview. It went really well. Super kind management. Interview was on Zoom and was thirty minutes long. Even though I didn’t make it through, really enjoyed learning about the company

Entrevista
I had two referrals for two positions I was very interested in. I know a handful of folk who work there and have heard nothing but great things. The first recruiter ghosted me after our phone screen. I emailed three times waiting to hear back but heard crickets. I gave it another shot with my second referral for a position I was even more interested in. This time it was with a recruiting manager who was nice during our phone screen, but took several weeks to respond (not too surprised here in today's world), which they then said the position was closed. After 2 months, the recruiting manager reached out and said they had another position I might be interested in (Program Manager). I was pretty excited because this was a step up from the Project Manager role I was originally applying for and this was an interview straight to the hiring manager. They asked for my availability the week I got the email (Monday), I sent it over (Monda), then received no confirmation, and then was ghosted again for several weeks. I still haven'd heard back on what happen. I realize the market is tough and it takes time for a company to make a decision, however is incredibly unprofessional and I will not be recommending them to any colleagues if they express interest in applying there. All I ask is for a courtesy of we either 'we are not moving forward with you, the position is closed, we wen't in a different direction etc." Don't leave me on read while theres thousands of people struggling to find work. This put a real sour taste in my mouth.

A screening with Human Resources was first, then followed up an interview with the Hiring Manager, and then 2 team members and then finally a final round with Leadership. It was quickly and timely. I enjoyed the interview process bc it was efficient.

Entrevista
Very smooth process. Pre screen with talent team, 1 competency with the team, 1 presentation and then a final convo with the VP. Talent team were lovely and really supportive and empathetic. They took the time to understand my needs and answer questions. All interviews focused on the rapport building as well as competency.
