3 Stages overall, Phone call with Talent Aquisition, Video Call with CTO, Head of IT and Senior Engineer, Finally Peer interview with prospective team mates. I never actually applied for the role I got, they rejected my application for a lower role as they quite rightly felt my longevity in that role would be limited given my experience. I was identified as potentially suitable for 3 other roles that had not even been advertised yet. The call with Talent acquisition was great, they really got an idea of who I am and what I can do. I was put forward for 2 completely different roles at the same time, which is pretty unusual. Both processes were the same format. First interview was the more formal, some tough technical questions, particularly for the role I ultimately got. Second interview is a peer interview. For the role I got, that was just the other Developer, and felt more like a getting to know you chat with a new colleague. The other was a presentation as the role was outwardly facing. Pax8 really know what they are looking for, and are very good at finding it. I was turned down for a role that now that I work for the company, know I would not have enjoyed for long. I got the role I was hoping for, and I'm loving every second. If you interview for Pax8 and are not successful, chances are you wouldn't have enjoyed that role very much anyway, so don't be disheartened. If you got hired, trust me, you're going to love it.
