      Entrevista

      The overall process was first just fine and normal then slid off the rails and became disorganized, rude and finally I was ghosted. The first call was friendly and easy going. I was told my resume was going to be moved from the job I applied for to another one where I would be a better match. I then had a great second interview with the person who was going to be leaving the company. Then I got a series of phone calls from 2 HR people who were having trouble scheduling the third interview. Then I got an automated message saying I was no longer being considered for this job. Then I got a phone call from HR asking where I was because I had a scheduled meeting I was missing. When I called/emailed for clarification, I never got a response. Silence.

      The interview process kept becoming longer and longer. Initially, I was told it could be 3 total interviews, but then I was told 4 a little later on. Then after another interview, I was told there would be 5 interviews. I was then ghosted for two weeks after the 4th one. Finally, I got an automated email that I didn't get the job. Overall, the process was easy but it felt like they kept stringing it along to make sure those who stuck it out were serious about the role. The interviews were always great, but lacked depth. I felt like they were just casual conversations and were trying to find someone they just got along with.
