Very unprofessional interview process. The HR team completely ghosted me after the interview, and during my first round, the senior manager abruptly left the call midway without any explanation or follow-up. If the company is not interested in moving ahead with a candidate, the least they can do is communicate it professionally. Leaving someone hanging in the middle of an interview reflects very poorly on the organisation. I later spoke to a few friends and realised they had gone through similar experiences with the company as well.
