      4 rounds of interview You can tell that PayIt wants a quality team member by the thoroughness of their questions and the interview process. I met with the Team Lead, then other IMs on the team, CSM (Success Managers), and lastly the Director.

      I had my first round with the director and the interview went well. They apparently have a culture of ghosting people . They reached out 10 days later to check for availability for the next round with the team members and never confirmed after that. They reached out again for availability and never responded after that as well. It was a strange experience overall.

      Had 3 rounds of interviews with at least 2 weeks in between each round. Entire process is super long and then you get ghosted at the end with no feedback. The role I was interviewing with was re-posted twice on linkedin while I was still interviewing. The people I spoke to seemed nice.
