I had a Phone Interview and then schedulled an interview in Blandchardstown. Interviewers were managers of Spanish market however had no clue of Spanish, they said they didn't need it. They were just asking questions to give examples of previous experiences and KPI's and they were just writting on paper, they were just writting and writting. There was little dialogue. Then left me a paper for a role play, after 5 minutes alone, proceed to roleplay and manager played reluctant type of character and making statements not in the information given (to test your capacity of improvisation). Then transferred to another room to free write in Spanish in a Word document with a non Spanish keyboard/language input about why I would like to work for Paypal. The assistant said it was not important the keybord/language input in the computer was not Spanish, that many people had done it that way and it was not important...
