So I connected with a recruiter through LinkedIn. She was very helpful. We did a phone screening within a day or so regarding what the position looked like and a little about myself. If you sound alike a good fit you will be sent a link to apply directly on their website and a personality test to complete online. After you take it (20 min) and the recruiter receives the results and approves them (24-48 hours) the recruiter scheduled me an in person interview with the Business Funding Team". Up until this everything was great. I was never informed who I would be interviewing with. Once I arrived the front desk informed my interviewer I was here. About 15 minutes she arrived and began showing me around the office and introducing me to various teams. We bump into colleagues of hers from different departments. They were free so they decided to join in the interview. None of them had any idea how I had applied, who my recruiter was, or even looked at my resume other than the original interviewer who had it pulled up on her phone. The interview lasted around an hour and a half. Half of it consisted of them asking what I like to do for fun and and them just rambling about stories and such. Almost always the two men took over the entire convorsation and just talked back and forth with each other for long periods at a time. The other half consisted of me talking about my experience. It ended when the two guys claimed nothing on my resume required any hard work ever (college degrees, prior sales experience, charity work, etc). The one guy asked me to tell him a story of when I worked hard that would make me believe him. They ended it with a Q&A, which was one of the few times I actually got to talk to my interviewer because she was talked over nearly the entire time. I was sent a follow up email a few days later saying that my recruiter would be in touch and I didn't hear back for over a week. My second follow up email was finally answered with no job.
