The first round was done through Karat, which is a third party platform offers interview service. The first couple minutes asked simple python commands and what are the output, then followed by a easy-medium leetcode style question. Once the first question was finished, the interviewer posted another question which involves more complex algorithm of shortest path.

Straight forward to a fault. The interviewer seemed like he was trying to chance people away from the position. Might be refreshing for some but was very off-putting. But hey, maybe I wasn't a good fit

I just applied online and got shortlisted for the interview. Two people were on the panel for taking the interview. mostly they were focused on the SQL question of high-quality advanced level.
