Long process: 1. Interview with HR, 2. English test on computer, 3. Interview at the office: had interview with the TL, very friendy and positive, asked general questions and we did a quick role play. I was invited to the office. 4. Background check

HR contact followed by interview with hiring manager, then presentation followed by hiring managers direct line manager interview in USA via Zoom
Relevant questions, interactive, wholistic, empathetic and no endurance of hard line questions but open opportunities where you can be dynamic and valuable.
