The interview process has multiple rounds. You speak with the hiring manager, another leader, and 2-3 members of the team you are interviewing for. They keep you updated throughout the entire process and it never felt like I was left in the dark.

Straight forward. Appx 4 interviews in Total. No presentation required. Everyone I interviewed with was pleasant and transparent about their experiences. Last part of the interview was with the director and if you made it that far, you're pretty much good to go.
