First process is HR Interview. It was very helpful as informational about process steps. Second Interview is technical interview. I really like Japan people but, we could not communicate each other in english with interviewer. Thus, It passed very pathetic and as a summary, they wrote me that Unfortunately we can not move forward with your application and can not tell you that why it caused. So, they didnt tell any reason to me.
