Contact by recruiter. Online testing. Then 3 face to face interviews. Plus, job shadowing. Then, there was a background check. Definitely a lot of steps. They interviewers kept asking me how I handle stress. They really wanted to get the point across that the job is stressful. It definitely was stressful, and the morale was bad. Although, I bet other offices were better.

Interview process consisted of 2 interviews and one shadowing session. Interview questions were pretty standard STAR structure. I interviewed in person with one supervisor while one other was on a video call.

I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."

Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
