You apply online and go through the usual, if they are interested then you have an interview. You may have a second one as well. It was very laid back and they care about who they are hiring as being someone that they have to work with day to day. They will ask you about what you have on your resume to test if you actually know it. I've heard some funny stories about people who fluffed up their resume but didn't know crap. Be honest people. Be warned I believe there is/was a 3.0 GPA cutoff for no experience graduates.
