I was contacted by a recruiter on Linked In to Apply. Applied, interviewed and had a final in person interview with the direct manager (he was 30 minutes late). The role is exactly what I was looking for in the job description, but they did not follow through in their hiring process. Turns out I was applying for an imaginary job as they didn't even have a spot open. The recruiter "forgot" to mention that after 2 interviews. This kind of shady-ness is not something I want in a place to work so i'm glad it came out up front before getting hired!
