Two rounds of interviews. First is getting a feeling for understanding and willingness to learn- it asked about security concepts and projects I had worked on. Second was if you fit the company culture- for us, there was a whole dinner and tour and interview process. They also had several sessions going on that you could go to. Good interviews.
