I was given a phone screen with an HR recruiter. The call lasted about 8 minutes. I was described the position, asked if I was willing to relocate, and was asked only one main question which was why was I interested in working for Paycom. I gave a detailed answer which received positive feedback from the representative and was not asked anything else. The rest of the call was me asking the representative 5 or 6 questions about the company and that was it. I've had other interviews where I at least get asked to tell a little about myself, but this recruiter seemed uninterested and rushed. I was not asked to give details about myself, my work experience, or my design skills. This is really disappointing coming from a company expanding their design team.

30-minute recruiter call, followed by a meet with the prospect design team asking about experience in the interview, a design challenge, and a final presentation. The interview process took roughly 3 weeks.
