Was contacted by recruiter over LinkedIn. Got on the phone with her, then was set up with another recruiter. Both of these calls were basically the same, they basically asked about my resume, GPA, basic things like that which was surprising because you'd expect that they had already done their due diligence. But, the second recruiter was very nice and even set up a call with me to prepare me. for my interview with the reasonable sales manager. That interview was over zoom, and he was looking at his phone for at least half the time, did not seem to be focused on me, and asked many of the same questions as the recruiters. He wasn't explicitly rude but definitely the worst interview experience I've had. Did not respond to my follow up email, the second recruiter told me she'd follow up with me next month about the role. I reached out to her twice this week and got no response after she had been so nice and communicative during the initial process. Very disappointed with this company's transparency, and they do well financially, pay well, but it doesn't seem like the best place to work.
