I had a great experience with the interview process. A Paycom recruiter reached out to me via Indeed which was followed by a phone screen. I was interviewed by the hiring manager then the regional manager. The process took about two weeks in total.My recruiter was very helpful and made my experience seamless. Overall I felt like their interview process was fair and straightforward.
