Three interviews after screening with recruiter. Very personable and not interrogating like many in the industry. The first one was with a potential direct boss, the next regional director, and the third were panelists to get a feel for the job. Overall a pretty smooth and efficient process.

What are your strengths and how do you feel about working as a team?
Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description

Recruiter reached out, we had phone screen, sheasked me to fill out a resume quickly so she can set up a meeting with the sales manager for an interview. then never heard from her or anyone else again

Multiple steps, very repetitive in nature, and requires you to come in and showcase you ability to call a list. You must be fully suited up, and if you’re going through the process while also working a job, expect for them to require you to interview multiple times in one week
