Went through a head hunter who contacted me. Brief phone screening to see if you would potentially be a good fit. Met with the branch manager who interviewed me for about an hour. Asked me to come back for a phone canvassing session. Came in at 8 and worked until 12. You need to get 3 confirmed appointments. Was able to accomplish this. Came back for an interview with the regional manager.

How are you different than other candidates applying for this position?
Quick, easy zoom call. Overall pleasant experience. Did not get an offer, but the recruiter was very kind and helpful. There are several interview stages; I did the first two.
They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.

Started off as a screening process over the phone, months later was asked to interview in person just to then be told they never hire people out of college unless they had previously interned.
