Our interview process is tough, and when a candidate meets our criteria we want to get them onboard as soon as possible. Our recruiters ensure applicants are well-prepared for the interview process and walk them through scenarios they may experience. We provide a gift card to every candidate that makes it through. Our process for developing and relocating new mangers has proven successful, but that in no way undermines the success existing reps have in their territory. In fact, the earning potential that executive reps’ experience is why a number of them choose to remain in their territories. For these reasons, we have little to no turnover from our executive reps.
