It was very smooth and very fast. It was a screening call followed by two interviews. All in all it spanned only a couple weeks. As far as interviews goes, it was pretty good.

It was a 3 step process. 1st is a phone interview, 2nd is a zoom interview, and so is 3rd. After interviewing three rounds, I saw how unorganized Paycom is and how unhappy the employees are which made me further uninterested with the company. After my 3rd interview, the supervisor told me they would reach out to me in 3 days with a decision. After 2 weeks of waiting, I realized they ghosted me. I felt it was very unprofessional, but grateful that I dodged a bullet.
