A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, but didn't follow through on the scheduled calls. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I deleted the messages thinking it was honestly a scam. A few months later, another recruiter reached out and was very thorough, clear, and answered any questions I had. That positive experience led me to interviewing with someone via Zoom. However, I found this interview experience a bit negative. It wasn't conversational at all - rather questions were thrown at me and when I explained or showed personality, they were met with "ok". The interviewer was fine - honest and professional (although not confident in the company's core values when I asked about them), I just didn't find the interview very interactive.

Emailed and met for a 30 minute zoom with someone that was currently in the position. I honestly didn’t know too much about the company or product beforehand. This role is basically a sales implementation role.
