Was fairly simple. There was a phone screening with the recruiter that lasted about 20 minutes where they asked behavioral questions. Next interview was with supervisor and team lead. There were about 6 questions based around the Paycom competencies so again More “tell me about a time when” questions. Very nice and friendly recruiter and managers.
