I was contacted by a very nice recruiter. She was very professional and quickly went through my work history and qualifications. The call was very pleasant, and I then got an appointment. The office is easy to find, and the people there seem very friendly. The in person experience was not so good. The guy that I met was not paying attention for some reason, and that made me click off. Maybe he already decided I failed early, maybe he was busy - either way the meeting was not very nice.

The Interview process consisted of 3 rounds of interviews (with HR, team members and hiring manager) and one business case. It was smooth and constructive. Though was not accepted after the second round of interview, the candidate received very constructive and detailed feedbacks, which really helped the candidate's further personal improvement in other interviews.
