Very bad experience with HR. Before the interview they call you so many times and after the interview is done , hr doesn't even bother to send an email letting you know whether you are selected or not or at least give some feedback
The interview process is a joke, and no coding questions at all. I don't think they're really looking for candidates. And even if I got an offer, I wouldn't work for this company after learning that they have zero architecture in their software lol. I'd recommend anyone to not take interviews from this company seriously unless you just wanted to do interview practice.

Entrevista
Had a initial screen call with their technical recruiter Ms. Sapna.
She was very detailed about the role Paycor is hiring for and what are the expectations. She also asked me a few questions about my tech stack and also explained what I will require for the job. She also gave me a brief about the benefits.
Had 1 technical panel interview and 1 round of behavioral + technical itnerview with the VP technology. I must say the panel was really smart and asked some really good questions on REST Apis, C#, React JS, Azure.
For over all experience as a candidate I would give it a 9/10
